Our four self-catering cottages are nestled between the Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors National Parks. Set around a lawned courtyard garden, these well-equipped and pristine cottages have been sympathetically converted from former farm buildings, and retain many of their original beams and exposed brickwork.

Hill House Farm Cottages are the perfect place to go for getting away from it all. The views are picture perfect. Willow Cottage is upstairs, the high beamed ceiling is lovely. The owners Jane and Kev are so friendly. They make you so welcome, and you feel like part of the family. We love North Yorkshire, and have visited the cottages at various times of year. This really is a little piece of heaven.
Stayed here a couple of times and absolutely love it. Been in two different cottages and they were both beautiful.
The cottages are beautiful, decorated to an extremely high standard and so cosy. Would highly recommend a stay here as the area is beautiful too. The lovely couple that own the cottages will do everything and anything they can to ensure an enjoyable stay.
Our 7 nights at Buttercup cottage were simply excellent and a credit to the owners. Kev and Jane couldnβt have been more helpful both before our booking and during our stay. The gift of some gin in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated! The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, in fact, the whole place looked brand new. The heating and hot water supply are very efficient and the building must be well insulated as even though it was cool outside we were always cosy inside. Plenty of space for parking and the dog walking paddock is also very close, which was appreciated by us and our 2 poodles! There are very good COVID processes implemented here, which is commendable and made us feel completely safe during our stay.
This is our third visit to Hill House Farm Cottages, and they are becoming a firm favourite with our family. The hosts are great and never intrusive. The cottages are dog friendly, well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Situated just outside the pretty market town of Northallerton, yet nestled in the countryside. A delightful place to holiday. We are already planning for our next visit.
I chose to mark my 30th birthday with a visit to the beautiful Cherry Cottage. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with a HUGE bed! It was so cosy whilst also being a great size. It is in such a gorgeous location with so much countryside around, and we were able to have a BBQ in the evening. Jane and Kev were so accommodating and made sure we had everything that we needed for our stay. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. We were also given some delicious brownies from The Batch Bakehouse in the welcome basket!
We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at Hill House Farm Cottages last year, surrounded by gorgeous countryside and close to lots of beauty spots in North Yorkshire. Canβt wait to come back this year! Jane and Kev were fabulous hosts, cannot recommend enough! Little slice of heaven!
