Q: Are you pet-friendly?
A: Yes, you are very welcome to bring your furry friend along. Our maximum dog occupancy is one medium sized dog or two small breed dogs. We have a very large dog walking paddock and an outdoor hot and cold shower tap for muddy paws! We politely request that your pet is never left alone and does not sleep on the sofas or beds.
Q: Do you have Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, all our cottages have free Wi-Fi and you’ll find the login details in your welcome booklet on your coffee table.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, our parking is just next to the cottages and is free for guests.
Q: What time do we check in and out?
A: You can check in from 3pm and we ask you to check out by 10am.
Q: Do you have entertainment in the cottages?
A: Yes, our tellies have Netflix and we keep the cottages stocked with fun games and books to read. We also have a selection of leaflets in your cottage for the best local attractions, pubs and restaurants to visit on your stay with us.
Q: Can I purchase gift vouchers?
A: Yes, our vouchers make great gifts for your loved ones. They can be purchased in monetary denominations from £50 or we can give vouchers for a whole weekend or week’s stay - these options will include complementary Prosecco and chocolates. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be purchased here.
Q: We’re celebrating an occasion on our stay. Can you help us with special requests?
A: Yes, please feel free to discuss any special requirements you may have and we will do our best to help, tailored to your budget.
